Role Description

Join Job Duck as a Client Services Coordinator and become an integral part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional client service. In this role, you will:

  • Manage critical communications with providers.
  • Verify balances and ensure accurate documentation to support smooth case handling.
  • Organize information and maintain attention to detail.
  • Communicate effectively to impact client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and values precision in every task.

Salary Range: $1,150 USD to $1,220 USD

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Perform receptionist-style duties, including receiving calls from existing clients or third parties and transferring them to the appropriate department or team member.
  • Make outbound follow-up calls to qualified leads (no cold calling).
  • Gather complete and accurate information from callers and process client sign-ups.
  • Answer a high volume of inbound calls following a structured script.
  • Ensure timely and consistent follow-up to maximize successful signings.
  • Meet monthly KPIs related to call volume, follow-up activity, and completed sign-ups.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in client-facing roles or customer service.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Spanish.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems and VoIP tools.
  • Professional demeanor and client-focused mindset.

Requirements

  • Location: Virginia, US (Remote support for U.S.-based office).
  • Time Zone: EST.
  • Office Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST.
  • Expected Call Volume: Minimum of 50 calls per week.
  • Software/Tools:
    • CRM: Neos.
    • VoIP: Intermedia.
    • Internal Communication: Neos, Zoom.
    • Email: Neos.
    • Calendar: Neos.
