Role Description

Globe Life AO is seeking motivated, service-oriented professionals to join our growing virtual team as Remote Member Engagement Advisors. In this role, you'll work directly with individuals and families through scheduled virtual appointments, helping them understand available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits while providing exceptional customer service throughout the client experience.

This opportunity combines member services, benefits education, relationship management, and consultative sales in a fully remote environment.

Requirements

• Be 18 years of age or older
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Be physically located within the United States
• Have access to a computer or laptop with webcam and microphone capability

• Have a quiet, professional home workspace
• Be comfortable conducting virtual client appointments
• Be willing to complete required training
• Hold or be willing and able to obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License
