Role Description

As a Virtual Client Experience Specialist, you will:

• Meet with clients virtually through Zoom and other online platforms
• Deliver outstanding customer service and ongoing client support

• Guide clients through applications and answer questions professionally
• Maintain accurate client records and follow-up communications
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development
• Build long-term relationships through trust, integrity, and exceptional service
