Role Description

AO is seeking motivated, people-focused professionals to join our growing virtual team as Virtual Client Solutions Advisors. In this role, you'll meet with individuals and families who are seeking information about available benefits, help them understand their options, and provide personalized guidance designed around their financial protection needs. This opportunity combines customer service, benefits education, client relationship management, and consultative insurance sales in a fully remote environment. No previous insurance experience is required.

Requirements

• Be comfortable communicating with clients through Zoom and phone
• Be willing to participate in required training and professional development
