Role Description

We're hiring a responsive and professional Virtual Chat Support agent to assist our patients and clients online. If you're a fast typist with a helpful attitude and great written communication — we want to hear from you.

• Respond to patient and client inquiries in real time via live chat
• Provide helpful information on services, scheduling, and billing
• Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously with professionalism
• Document all interactions accurately in our support system
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department
• Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality per HIPAA guidelines

Qualifications

• 1+ year of chat support or online customer service experience
• Excellent written communication and grammar skills
• Typing speed of 45+ WPM with accuracy
• Comfortable managing multiple chats at once
• Reliable internet and a quiet home workspace
• Medical or healthcare background is a plus but not required
