Role Description

Ring & DuChateau Consulting Engineers is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Virtual Call Center Representative. This is a full-time, remote position that offers the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home.

As a Virtual Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Your main duties will include:

• Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Providing technical support for our engineering services, including troubleshooting and resolving customer issues
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
• Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of any issues
• Meeting or exceeding performance goals and metrics, including call handling time and customer satisfaction ratings
• Staying up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
• Following communication scripts and procedures to ensure consistency and quality of customer interactions

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in using computer systems and software, with the ability to learn new programs quickly
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet work environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexible schedule, including the ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
