Role Description

AO – Globe Life is seeking motivated, people-focused professionals to join our growing virtual team as Virtual Benefits Advisors. In this role, you'll meet with individuals and families through scheduled virtual appointments, help them understand available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits, answer questions, and guide them through the enrollment process.

• Meet virtually with clients through Zoom and phone appointments
• Connect with individuals and families seeking information about available benefits
• Ask questions to understand each client's needs and priorities
• Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options clearly
• Answer questions regarding benefits and coverage
• Provide personalized recommendations based on client needs
• Assist clients through applications and enrollment
• Provide ongoing service and follow-up
• Maintain accurate digital client records and documentation
• Build long-term relationships through professionalism, integrity, and consistent service

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Be physically located within the United States
• Have access to a computer or laptop
• Maintain reliable high-speed internet
• Have webcam and microphone capability
• Maintain a quiet, professional workspace
• Be comfortable meeting with clients virtually
• Be willing to participate in training and professional development
• Hold or be willing and able to obtain the required state Life & Health Insurance License
