Role Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented, reliable, and client-focused Virtual Assistant — Customer Support Specialist to join Global Team and support our client’s customer communication, reporting, and follow-up processes.

• Follow up with clients via email and other communication channels
• Run audits and prepare reports for clients (training provided)
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation
• Support ongoing customer service and administrative tasks
• Assist with internal reporting, tracking, and follow-ups
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients
• Ensure tasks are completed on time and with strong attention to detail

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal English communication
• Basic proficiency with email and documentation tools
• Comfortable working with reporting systems and internal tools (training provided)
• Detail-oriented, organized, and consistent
• Reliable, proactive, and responsible

Requirements
