Role Description

As a leader in the home services software-as-a-service (SaaS) space, Porch Group is looking for a Virtual Assistant for our Americas Call Center (ACC). The job consists of:

• Fielding incoming calls, texts, and emails for the companies your team supports.
• Answering client questions, providing price quotes, and selling customers on booking home inspections.
• Scheduling home inspection appointments by collecting and entering specific details into our booking software.
• Responding to general office correspondences (email, text, voicemail).
• Providing a great customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and language skills; English speaking is a must.
• Bilingual team members are preferred, but clear communication in the client's native tongue is essential.
• Detail-oriented and committed to following defined processes (SOP).
• Good judgment and decision-making abilities.
• Strong computer skills; ability to navigate websites and standard software applications.
• Strong digital communication skills (email, chat, text, etc.).
• Ability to multitask across multiple systems, customer scenarios, and communication channels.

Requirements

• A quiet space to work.
• Reliable internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.
• Desktop or laptop meeting the following requirements:
• Windows OS: Intel Core i5 Processor, 8 GB of RAM, 64-bit operating system.
• Mac: 8 GB of RAM, OSX Catalina or newer, compatible Mac models.
• Mobile device: Android version 7.0+ or iOS 13.0 or above.
• Accessories: Ethernet cable, mouse, keyboard, USB headset.
• Must be willing to install ACC-sanctioned AntiVirus software.
