[Hiring] VIP Concierge @Unravel Technologies

Role Description

Unravel is hiring a dedicated VIP Concierge to personally look after our highest-value customers — HNIs and UHNIs — for their offline and bespoke travel bookings. This is a senior, relationship-led role: one point of contact who owns the client end-to-end, anticipates their needs, and makes things happen. Think private-client concierge, not contact-centre agent.

What You'll Do

• Be the single, trusted point of contact for VIP clients over the phone, and be reachable and responsive outside standard hours when a client needs you.
• Understand each client’s preferences and anticipate needs; proactively curate and arrange travel and bespoke experiences (hotels, flights, dining, experiences, special requests).
• Own requests end-to-end — source, coordinate suppliers, resolve issues personally, and follow through without being chased.
• Build genuine, long-term relationships that drive loyalty and repeat spend.
• Handle sensitive client information with absolute discretion.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven experience serving HNI/UHNI or premium/VIP clients directly (luxury travel, private concierge, luxury hospitality, private banking client services, premium airline/hotel VIP desks, or similar).
• Exceptional spoken communication and phone presence — warm, polished, composed under pressure with demanding clients.
• Strong resourcefulness and ownership — the instinct to “get it done” rather than escalate.
• Comfortable with a demanding, flexible schedule and genuine off-hours availability.
• High degree of discretion, judgement and emotional intelligence.

Requirements

• Existing network across luxury travel/hospitality suppliers.
• Multilingual; exposure to Middle East / international UHNW clientele.

Who this is not for

Not a high-volume, queue-based contact-centre or corporate-travel ticketing role. We’re not primarily sourcing GDS/ticketing operators — we’re after people who have personally delighted premium clients and built relationships.
