What You’ll Be Doing

• Connect with individuals who requested information about available benefit programs
• Schedule and conduct virtual consultations through Zoom
• Walk veterans and families through available supplemental benefit options
• Answer questions and guide clients through next steps and enrollment
• Support clients through onboarding and ongoing communication
• Maintain organized digital records and follow-up communication
• Deliver a professional, client-first experience built on trust and service
• Participate in training sessions, mentorship calls, and leadership development programs
