In this role, you'll help clients throughout the vacation planning process by providing guidance, coordinating important details, and ensuring travelers receive exceptional support before, during, and after their trips. • Assist clients with vacation-related questions and travel planning requests
• Explore destination options, resorts, cruises, tours, and activities based on client interests
• Provide recommendations and information to help travelers make informed decisions
• Support the coordination of reservations, itineraries, and travel arrangements
• Communicate trip updates, confirmations, schedules, and important travel details
• Help manage itinerary changes, travel adjustments, and special accommodations
• Review travel information to help ensure reservations and documentation are accurate
• Maintain organized client records and planning notes within company systems
• Utilize company resources and supplier tools to support vacation planning activities
• Participate in training programs, destination education, and ongoing professional development
