Role Description

Snapscale is seeking a US Clinic Coordinator – Spanish Speaking who can work remotely to support a US-based healthcare practice by communicating with Spanish-speaking patients. This is a remote role where you will handle:

• Appointment scheduling and follow-ups
• Inbound and outbound calls
• Insurance verification
• Patient record management using EMR systems

The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a compassionate, patient-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Proficient in both written and spoken Spanish and English
• Minimum 6 months BPO experience in a Spanish bilingual account (required)
• Healthcare account experience in a BPO setting is a plus
• Experience working with U.S. clinics or hospitals is preferred
• Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems, insurance verification, patient scheduling, and inbound/outbound calling
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with empathy for patient concerns
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
• Must have a stable internet connection and a quiet remote work environment
