• Support travellers in real time

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer service, hospitality, or travel industry roles
• Fluent French & English (mandatory), Other languages desirable
• Passion for travel and global destinations
• Empathy, adaptability, and strong communication skills
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Autonomous, organized, and quick to learn
