Role Description

As a Travel Customer Service Representative, you will assist clients with hotel bookings and travel arrangements while delivering a high level of service and support in a remote setting.

• Respond to client inquiries regarding travel bookings
• Assist with selecting and reserving accommodations
• Provide accurate travel information and recommendations
• Manage bookings and maintain detailed records
• Ensure client satisfaction throughout the process

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Customer service experience is a plus
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working remotely
• Must be 18 or older

Requirements

• $45,000 - $75,000 a year
