Key Responsibilities

• Review itinerary details and reservation information to help maintain accuracy
• Provide professional support and travel recommendations tailored to client preferences and budgets
• Respond to client questions and service requests through email, phone, and online communication channels
• Assist with booking modifications, travel updates, and itinerary changes
• Maintain organized booking records, customer profiles, and travel documentation
• Participate in virtual onboarding sessions, team meetings, and continued training opportunities
