What You'll Do

• Support travelers with vacation planning, booking assistance, and general travel inquiries
• Get to know each client's travel style, interests, budget, and vacation goals
• Research destinations, accommodations, cruises, transportation, excursions, and travel experiences
• Recommend travel options that best fit each client's preferences
• Coordinate reservations, itineraries, and trip-related services using approved booking platforms
• Deliver confirmations, travel documents, schedules, and important pre-departure information
• Assist with itinerary updates, special requests, and travel-related adjustments
• Verify reservation details and travel documentation for completeness and accuracy
• Follow up on active bookings to help ensure every travel plan is ready for departure
• Maintain organized client files, trip notes, and communication records within company systems
• Utilize supplier resources and internal tools to provide exceptional client support
• Continue building your knowledge through training sessions, destination updates, and professional development
