[Hiring] Transaction Processing Associate @Conduent State Healthcare, LLC

Role Description

This role involves supporting the New Mexico Medicaid Program as a Transaction Processing Associate.

• Conduct presentations throughout the community on the New Mexico Medicaid Program.
• Meet with groups or individuals to provide accurate information about the program.
• Assist beneficiaries in enrollment and eligibility assistance.
• Process eligibility applications and determine eligibility for the program.
• Enter eligibility information into a web-based computer system.
• Follow up with beneficiaries through correspondence and perform file updates.
• Support the research process unit for the state-based exchange.
• Determine eligibility for NM Medicaid Program according to regulations and guidelines.
• Process applications while maintaining an error rate of 5% or below.
• Assist/train new staff and assist in the call center when needed.
• Maintain good attendance and punctuality.
• Adhere to changes in policy and procedure and build relationships with the community.
• Provide administrative support by performing processing tasks such as data entry and mail sorting.
• Occasionally go into the office if needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Have a High School Diploma or an equivalent level of education.
• Must be able to submit to a pre-employment screening.
• Have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship.

Requirements

• Pay is $16.50/hour, which may be below your state's minimum wage.
