[Hiring] Trainee - 2nd level supporter in the field of Messaging @Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions

Role Description

• Working on the end user tickets (mostly Messaging and Citrix related).
• Accurate, precise work, including pre- and post-documentation of each task.
• Keeping SLAs by ensuring the quick handing of tickets.
• Starting escalation procedure in case of CBI high or Critical issues.
• Improving the knowledge base.
• Cooperation with other resolver teams.

Qualifications

• English proficiency.
• Extended office time coverage (8-hour shifts, covering 05:30-20:00).
• Work at least 100-140 hours in a month.
• Commitment to at least 20-25 hours of work per week.
• Active (or passive under 25) full-time student status for at least one year.
