Role Description

Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Trade Client Services Coordinator (TCSC) to join our team! The TCSC is a highly motivated professional with at least 3 years of successful operational experience in specialty pharmacy. Responsibilities include:

• Management of manufacturer, payor, and strategic partners requiring enhanced operational support.
• Co-development of long-term account strategy and support for the Specialty Trade Account Executive for assigned clients.
• Acting as a liaison between Lumicera and clients to support operational excellence.
• Identifying growth and expansion opportunities and communicating these appropriately for business reviews.
• Program retention and achieving corporate strategic goals relative to the client base.
• Overall customer satisfaction, including solving customer issues related to contracts, reporting, and interfacing with the Trade Account Executive for escalated issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related area preferred.
• Valid State Driver’s License and current Automobile Policy.
• Knowledge of PBM, Specialty Pharmacy, or health care industry preferred.
• Strategic thinking ability and skills to prepare and execute business plans.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize work to meet client needs.
• Strong team orientation and commitment to sales and client service.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet goals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills required.
• PC skills; Microsoft Office, Email, and Internet.
• Participation in, adherence to, and support of compliance program objectives.
• Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees.

Requirements

• Participate in daily, weekly, or monthly meetings to provide status updates and resolve access issues.
• Pull reports to deliver facts-based presentations to manufacturer and payor clients.
• Ensure Account Management team has a plan to mediate unmet guarantees.
• Be the primary point of contact for daily tasks, operational requests, and status inquiries.
• Support implementation of assigned clients.
• Facilitate resolution of escalated client issues.
• May require travel to client sites or onsite meetings up to 10% of the time.
• Other duties as assigned.
