As the Consumer Engagement Manager, you will:

• Create & communicate incentive plans for the sales associates & leaders.
• Manage the incentive budget.
• Lead huddles to drive excitement & reiterate contests & important topics of focus.
• Engage with the employees heavily in chat.
• Communicate directly with the client.
• Drive revenue for the Client by engaging, coaching and incentivizing sales.

During a Typical Day, You’ll:

• Develop and implement strategies to engage sales agents in promoting health insurance products to potential customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with sales agents to ensure optimal communication and collaboration.
• Train sales agents on product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance requirements.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to sales agents to help them achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
• Monitor sales agent performance and provide feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and development.
• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to create sales materials and promotional activities that resonate with sales agents.
• Serve as a point of contact for sales agents to address any questions or concerns related to health insurance products.
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscape to make strategic recommendations for improving sales performance.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies in all sales activities.

Qualifications

• A passion around providing the consumers and agents with an outstanding experience.
• Creativity and drive to create a culture that is motivating and engaging for the site agents as well as remote agents, if applicable.
• Proficiency with computer and Windows PC applications which include the ability to learn new complex computer system applications.
• Demonstrate ability to communicate clearly and concisely verbally and in writing.
• Ability to multitask, including understanding multiple products and multiple levels of benefits within each product.
• Ability to remain focused and productive each day though tasks may be repetitive.
• Self-driven, ambitious, outgoing personality with high energy.
• Group Retiree additional requirements: proficient with Group Retiree resources and processes.

• Base wage starting at $45,000 - $47,000.
