Role Description

In this critical position, he or she will oversee a team of HVAC Technical Service Advisors and assure that they have the resources to perform their jobs in a timely manner. He or She will develop new technical resources to decrease response time and assure the field is as self-sufficient as possible. In addition, this key contributor is responsible for maintaining effective lines of communication throughout the business unit. They may handle complex HVAC troubleshooting cases from time to time as needed.

Location: Remote - Plymouth, MN

What you will do:

• Provides product or service information to customers and ensures that they receive the best possible service.
• Maintains effective lines of communication between all dimensions of the company.
• Maintains a competent, motivated, and well-trained staff to carry out departmental duties.
• Provides technical support and product information to customers and employees through referrals and other incoming calls.
• Develops technical resources to minimize internal response time.
• Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher - preferably in HVAC or mechanical engineering-related discipline.
• 6+ Years of commercial HVAC experience.
• Knowledge of commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Proficiency in the MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
• Outstanding relationship management and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

• 2+ Years of people leadership experience (preferred).
• SalesForce CRM experience (preferred).
• Bachelor's Degree (preferred).

Daikin Applied offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements:

The typical pay rate for the position ranges from $90,000.00 - $153,000 in Minnesota. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position(s) fall. Individual hourly pay rate will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Employment is contingent upon successful completion of pre-employment requirements, including verification of employment history, education, background screening, and drug testing where permitted by law. Safety-sensitive positions may require cannabis (marijuana) testing. All testing and employment decisions will comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
