Role Description

Technical Support Associate

You are:

• Passionate about providing top-notch technical support to clients, including the United States Postal Service and other government accounts for Pitney Bowes mailing and shipping systems.

The wage for this position is $19.00 / hour.

You will:

• Resolve problems efficiently and effectively, and process revenue related transactions.
• Have extensive knowledge of networking and troubleshooting, and the ability to communicate with IT professionals, USPS/Government, and escalated clients.

Qualifications

• The ability to work an 8-hour shift between the hours of 7am – 7pm Mon-Fri.
• Experience providing excellent oral/written communication and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated and able to follow instructions and structure as necessary.
• Proven organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
• Courtesy, patience, and analytical abilities to handle client concerns.
• Call center experience is preferred.
• The ability to de-escalate and resolve client issues.
• A minimum of one year of Customer/Client Service experience.
• Experience in Microsoft Office applications, internet, chat, and email.
• Technical aptitude to remotely resolve technical issues, including internet, Wi-Fi, and proxies.
• Experience with hardware and software.
