We are looking for a Technical & Customer Support – DATA IT L1 (LATAM) to join our Regional Support Center team and support our growing LATAM operations.

• Scope: LATAM | Remote / Regional interaction
• Language: Spanish fluency is essential

As a Technical Support, you will play a key role in ensuring high-quality support and customer experience across our DATA IT solutions. You will be responsible for:

• Providing L1 technical support in DATA IT environments
• Managing incidents and ensuring proper troubleshooting and escalation
• Supporting system users and customers across LATAM
• Collaborating with global teams (L2, QA, IT, Global Support)
• Ensuring accurate documentation and traceability in CRM systems

• Ability to work collaboratively in a regional and multicultural environment

Requirements

• Spanish fluency (daily communication with LATAM customers and stakeholders)
• Proven experience and/or formal education in systems or digital solutions
• Familiarity with connectivity, cybersecurity, and remote support
