Role Description

As a Technical Support Specialist, you aren't just answering phones—you are a problem solver. You will:

• Communicate fluently in German and English.
• Guide customers through technical hurdles with patience and empathy.
• Track issues with a detail-oriented eye to ensure no bug goes unfixed.
• Turn frustrated users into loyal brand advocates through clear, confident communication.

Qualifications

• Native-level or C1 German + B2/C1 English.
• Resilient under pressure and naturally empathetic mindset.
• Comfortable navigating software and explaining technical steps.
• Previous Customer Service experience is preferred; Sales experience is a plus.
• Ready to start your Portuguese adventure on July 2nd, 2026.

Requirements

• Operational Hours: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 19:00 (Rotational shifts).
• Rest Days: Every Sunday off + 1 additional rotational day per week.

Benefits

• Base Salary: €1,300 per month (paid 14 times per year).
• Performance Bonus: Up to €225 per month (paid 12 times per year).
