Role Description
Videri is seeking a Customer Support Engineer to join our team. The Customer Support Engineer is responsible for assisting customers with support concerns, challenges, as well as recommending solutions to address any needs they may have. The role will partner with Product and Development teams by identifying and troubleshooting issues, researching answers, and escalating to the appropriate team when necessary. The ideal candidate will be required to work the hours of 9-5pm CET. This role is open to candidates in the Barcelona area. The candidate is expected to have a swift ramp-up period (1-3 months).
