[Hiring] Support Consultant II @BCD

Role Description

In this role, you will support operational transactions.

• Accurately and completely process the tasks in scope (including, but not limited to: online and traditional ticketing/fulfillment requests, back office error corrections, nonrefundable tracking/UETTR, CC reconciliation, SAP matching, VIM)
• Use the appropriate BCD Travel tools and systems to complete requests
• Maintain knowledge of the various travel industries supported (air, car, hotel, etc.)
• Effectively uses all available resources to handle the tasks assigned
• Perform follow-up as needed to ensure accurate fulfillment of the assigned task
• Respond and complete the incoming request/task within the established guidelines and SLA’s

Qualifications

• Prior travel industry experience
• Knowledge of Global Distribution Systems (GDS)
• Understands and accurately applies travel supplier rules
• Ability to work independently
• Strong working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work nights and weekends when needed
