Role Description

We are looking for an SSC Support Team Lead to join our Support team in Romania and work fully remotely!

• Leading by example and showing what customer-obsessed means.
• Analyzing and optimizing incoming requests and translating them into actions and improvements.
• Strategizing with the Head of Customer Support to improve customer experience and satisfaction.
• Recruiting, mentoring, and managing the support team.
• Communicating effectively with courier partners, customers, and merchants.
• Getting stuff done with a hustle mentality.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in customer experience or similar field.
• Experience and passion for working with analytics.
• Passionate about customer experience and engaging with people.
• Data-driven with the ability to turn findings into actions.
• Can-do attitude and positive energy.
• Skills to motivate the team for optimal service.
• Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn and teach others.
• Ability to think on your feet and multi-task.
• Fluent/native in Romanian and proficient in English (C1).
