Role Description

Would you like to combine your hands-on workshop experience with a service-oriented office role? In this position, you will apply your technical know-how as an automotive expert while acting as a key point of contact for our partners and customers.

• You are the first point of contact for technical warranty cases – by phone and in writing.
• With your technical understanding, you will check the plausibility of claims reports and take responsibility for examining claims.
• You will process and monitor automated data imports for Nordics (Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Norway) in the warranty environment, ensure data quality and thus ensure a smooth process in the background.
• You manage our external partners, such as experts, and ensure that everything runs smoothly.
• With your eye for detail, you monitor compliance with contractual regulations and ensure transparent cost control.
• Whether car dealerships, manufacturers, experts or warranty recipients - you always keep everyone involved up to date and are a reliable contact person.

Qualifications

• You have completed automotive technical training, e.g. as a mechatronics technician or technician.
• You have a strong background in a service-oriented environment - for example as a service advisor.
• You work in a structured, independent manner and have high standards for the quality of your work.
• You enjoy dealing with people, assert yourself where necessary and always find the right tone.
• You have a very good knowledge of Swedish, supplemented by English and at least one additional Nordic language (such as Finnish, Danish or Norwegian).
