Role Description

Mercier Consultancy Group is currently seeking a talented and motivated Spanish-speaking professional to join our client's expanding team, supporting one of the world's most exciting online streaming platforms. This is a fully remote Spanish-Speaking position in Greece, offering an exceptional opportunity to work at the forefront of the digital entertainment industry.

• Deliver outstanding customer support to Spanish-speaking subscribers of a leading online streaming service, resolving queries via chat, email, and phone with professionalism and care.
• Assist users with account management, subscription plans, billing inquiries, and platform navigation across all supported streaming devices and operating systems.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to streaming quality, playback errors, connectivity problems, and device compatibility, escalating complex cases as appropriate.
• Guide customers through the features and content offerings of the streaming platform, providing tailored recommendations to enhance their viewing experience.
• Accurately log all customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the internal CRM system, maintaining high standards of data quality and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technical support, content, and billing departments to ensure seamless issue resolution for Spanish-speaking users.
• Monitor customer satisfaction scores and actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the streaming platform support team.
• Stay up to date with new content releases, platform updates, and policy changes to provide accurate and timely information to subscribers.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Spanish language skills, both spoken and written — a C1 or C2 level of proficiency is required.
• Valid EU passport or national identity card (mandatory for employment eligibility in Greece).
• A genuine interest in streaming platforms, digital media, and online entertainment technology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage empathetically and effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.
• Comfortable working remotely with a reliable internet connection, a quiet work environment, and a self-motivated, disciplined approach to daily tasks.
• Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or a related field within the streaming, media, or technology industry is a distinct advantage.
• Basic to intermediate technical proficiency, including familiarity with streaming devices, smart TVs, mobile applications, and browser-based platforms.
