We are currently looking for a talented individual to fill the Spanish Speaking Customer Service for a Prestigious Automotive Brand position in Greece. • Act as the primary point of contact for customers of a prestigious global automotive brand.
• Provide expert guidance regarding vehicle specifications, maintenance schedules, and dealership services.
• Resolve technical inquiries and troubleshoot service-related issues with high-level professional communication.
• Manage communication via telephone, email, and chat, maintaining the premium standard associated with the automotive industry.
• Support customers throughout the vehicle ownership lifecycle, ensuring total satisfaction.
• Collaborate with international teams to optimize service delivery and brand loyalty.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within the specialized automotive CRM database.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Spanish (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Strong interest in the automotive sector or previous experience in automotive customer care.
• Excellent communication skills with a passion for delivering premium service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Comfortable with remote working solutions within Greece.
