• Provide exceptional customer service in Spanish via phone, email, and chat for car sharing customers.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to bookings, vehicle use, payment, and technical support.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and update the CRM system accordingly.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to improve customer experience and service delivery.
• Stay informed about car sharing products, policies, and industry trends to offer accurate information.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is essential; English proficiency is advantageous.
• Experience in customer service, preferably within mobility, transport, or car sharing industries.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and digital communication platforms is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
