Role Description

We are actively seeking a talented and motivated Spanish Speaking Customer Service Agent to join a dynamic and growing Customer Support Services team based remotely within Greece. • Provide high-quality, professional customer support to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat channels.
• Accurately diagnose customer issues, queries, and complaints, delivering timely, effective resolutions.
• Maintain thorough and precise records of all customer interactions using the company's CRM platform.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and escalation departments to resolve complex or sensitive customer cases efficiently.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and relay constructive feedback.
• Meet and consistently exceed individual and team performance KPIs.
• Stay up to date with product and service knowledge, participating actively in training sessions.
• Uphold the brand values and service ethos of the client organization.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Spanish language proficiency, both spoken and written.
• Valid EU passport or EU citizenship is mandatory.
• A solid working knowledge of English is required for internal communication.
• Previous experience in a customer service, contact center, or client-facing support role is highly advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills — verbal and written.
• Comfortable working in a remote setting with a reliable internet connection.
