• Maintain detailed case records and documentation within our premium CRM to ensure superior client follow-through.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to resolve logistical and mechanical concerns with professionalism and precision.
• Provide expert guidance on vehicle performance, integrated smart features, and modern mobility solutions.
• Ensure an exceptional customer experience that aligns with the premium standards of the automotive brand you represent.
• Actively contribute to team goals by identifying trends in customer feedback to enhance internal automotive support processes.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Spanish (spoken and written) skills are mandatory for this role.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Demonstrable interest or prior professional experience in the automotive industry.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical automotive concepts clearly.
• Strong problem-solving aptitude and a customer-centric mindset.
• Residency within Greece or willingness to relocate for one of the most exciting Spanish-speaking jobs in the region.
