Role Description

TransPerfect Connect (TPC) is looking for Spanish bilinguals at all levels with demonstrated experience utilizing their bilingual skills in a professional setting. We will train you to start your career path as an Over the Phone Interpreter.

• Candidates must be fluent in Spanish and English.

Qualifications

• Advanced English Proficiency
• Dominican ID
• High School Diploma
• 1+ year Contact Center Experience
• Required work tools to Work from Home
• Reliable Internet Connection - 25 Mbps minimum speed
• Reliable Internet Provider
• Electricity contract (Must share last invoice)
• Power Inverter or uninterrupted power source
• Address within city limits (Gran Santo Domingo)
• A quiet workspace/home office with no distractions

Requirements

• Provide all Spanish Interpreters with four weeks of remote/online training with a dedicated Trainer.
• Training includes interpretation and listening skills, as well as industry-specific terms and protocols.
• Complete training by holding successful practice sessions with experienced interpreters.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service practices.
• Communicate all information clearly and accurately.
• Adhere to work requirements.
