• Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer service processes and resolve complex issues.

Qualifications

• Exceptional fluency in Slovenian (both written and spoken) is essential.
• A minimum English proficiency level of B2 is required.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-oriented mindset.
