Mercier Consultancy Group is proud to present an exciting opportunity for a Slovak Speaking Reservations Agent For Booking.com position in Greece, working remotely from within the country for one of the most recognised and trusted names in global online travel. This role sits at the heart of the tourism industry, where you will serve as a dedicated point of contact for Slovak-speaking travellers, helping them navigate their accommodation bookings and ensuring every customer interaction reflects the highest standards of hospitality and service.

• Handle inbound reservations enquiries from Slovak-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat, providing accurate and timely support in line with Booking.com's premium service standards.
• Assist travellers with booking modifications, cancellations, and special accommodation requests, ensuring a seamless and positive tourism experience from start to finish.
• Resolve customer complaints and escalations with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency, upholding the reputation of one of the world's leading travel platforms.
• Provide detailed information about properties, availability, pricing, and travel policies to Slovak-speaking guests, acting as a knowledgeable ambassador for the tourism industry.
• Collaborate with accommodation partners and internal teams to resolve booking discrepancies and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the entire travel journey.
• Accurately log all customer interactions, enquiries, and resolutions within the CRM system, maintaining thorough and up-to-date records in accordance with data management protocols.
• Stay informed on Booking.com's latest product updates, travel policies, and tourism industry developments in order to deliver informed and confident customer guidance.
• Contribute proactively to team performance targets, quality benchmarks, and continuous improvement initiatives within the reservations department.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Slovak language skills (both spoken and written) are essential for this role — all customer interactions will be conducted in Slovak.
• Valid EU passport or EU citizenship is mandatory.
• A good working command of English for internal communications, training, and administrative purposes.
• Previous experience in customer service, reservations, travel, or the broader tourism industry is highly advantageous.
• Strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to handle high-volume interactions with patience and professionalism.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable home working environment, as this is a remote position based within Greece.
• Comfortable working with digital tools, CRM platforms, and reservation management systems; a willingness to learn and adapt quickly is essential.
