• Act as the primary point of contact for property partners within the short-term rentals sector, ensuring excellent service standards.
• Resolve complex inquiries regarding property listings, availability, and reservations via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist hosts in navigating the Booking.com extranet to optimize their property performance and increase conversion rates.
• Provide expert guidance on site policies and best practices specific to the short-term rentals market to ensure a seamless partner experience.
• Maintain high levels of partner satisfaction through proactive communication and rapid, accurate problem resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify technical issues and suggest improvements for property partner workflows.
• Manage sensitive information with the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Slovak (spoken and written) for high-level partner communication.
• Professional proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport (mandatory) to facilitate your transition to one of our premium jobs in Greece.
• Strong customer service orientation with a keen interest in the global short-term rentals industry.
• Ability to navigate multiple software platforms simultaneously while maintaining a focus on quality.
• Flexibility to work in a remote-capable environment within Greece.
