Our client is hiring a Shopify Customer Service Representative to be the voice of their brand and the first point of contact for their growing customer base. As they scale, they need someone who can handle order management, resolve customer issues quickly, and proactively spot trends that improve the overall experience. Qualifications

  • Must-Haves:
  • Shopify Experience – Comfortable navigating and managing day-to-day e-commerce operations inside Shopify.
  • Strong Communication Skills – Excellent written and spoken English with the ability to engage customers warmly and professionally.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset – Patient, empathetic, and solution-oriented—you genuinely want to help and it shows.
  • Detail-Oriented & Organized – Able to manage multiple tasks and keep accurate records without things falling through the cracks.
  • E-Commerce Background – Prior experience in D2C, consumer goods, or a similar fast-paced online retail environment.
  • Nice-to-Haves:
  • Order Fulfillment Knowledge (Bonus) – Familiarity with pick/pack/ship workflows or replacement order processes is a plus.
  • Upselling Experience (Bonus) – Comfortable identifying opportunities to recommend products and add value during customer interactions.
  • CRM or Helpdesk Tools (Bonus) – Experience with tools like Gorgias, Zendesk, or similar customer support platforms.
