[Hiring] Shared Services Representative - Vendor Support Phone Team @Enterprise Holdings

Role Description

The EFM Shared Services Representative for the Vendor Support Phone Team is responsible for:

• Answering vendor phone calls regarding payments, processes, and vendor set up questions.
• Answering vendor questions related to repair order entry and the payment approval process.
• Increasing user adoption of Auto Integrate system through vendor education and training.

This is a full-time remote position that will allow you to work 100% from your home residence in the Greater St. Louis Metropolitan area. Our department operates between the hours of Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. CST.

The pay for this position is $17.36 per hour USD. Pay within the range will be determined based on numerous factors including, but not limited to, market in which the work will be performed, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, performance, time in position, and business or organizational needs.

Responsibilities

• Field inbound calls from vendors regarding status updates regarding vehicle payment inquiries, repair authorizations, concerns, or status updates and document in internal systems.
• Conduct follow up process that includes communicating with vendors on payment timelines, investigating payment delays, and troubleshooting discrepancies.
• Identify and escalate customer service opportunities related to vehicle administration, repairs, or payment processing and collaborate with identified internal teams to resolve complex issues.
• Provide feedback to leadership on frequently asked questions from vendors or recurring issues to improve processes and client satisfaction.
• Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training, and goal setting.
• Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must currently live in the Greater St. Louis, MO Metropolitan area.
• One (1) year of customer service experience.
• One (1) year of administrative support experience.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Must have the ability to meet all work from home technical requirements.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.

Work From Home (WFH) Requirements

• Terrestrial cable or fiber internet connections are strongly preferred. Satellite internet connections are not supported.
• High-speed Internet connection with a minimum validated upload speed of 5Mb and download speed of 25Mb is required. Connection latency must be less than 100ms. (Please validate using a speed test tool such as http://www.speedtest.net/ )
