Role Description

AO Globe Life is seeking motivated individuals to join our growing virtual team as Remote Services Associates. In this role, you'll work with veterans, union members, working families, and other eligible members to help them understand available life, accident, and supplemental benefit options. You'll provide professional guidance, answer questions, assist with enrollment, and continue supporting members after coverage is in place.

• Serve & Support Members
• Connect virtually with individuals and families needing assistance
• Meet with members through Zoom and phone appointments
• Identify each member's needs, priorities, and concerns
• Explain available life, accident, and supplemental benefit options
• Answer questions clearly and professionally
• Recommend appropriate coverage solutions based on individual needs
• Guide eligible members through applications and enrollment
• Maintain communication throughout the application process
• Conduct policy reviews and assist with beneficiary updates
• Provide ongoing customer service after coverage is established
• Assist members with policy-related questions and claims guidance
• Maintain accurate digital records and documentation
• Follow applicable company procedures, state regulations, and ethical standards

• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, healthcare, banking, call centers, administration, military service, financial services, account management, or sales can transfer well to this opportunity
• Sales or insurance experience is helpful—but not required

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be physically located within the United States
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Have access to a reliable computer or laptop
• Maintain reliable high-speed internet
• Have webcam and microphone capability
• Maintain a quiet, professional workspace
• Be comfortable communicating through Zoom and phone
• Be willing to complete required training
• Be willing and able to obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed activities
