Role Description
- Annahme und Bearbeitung von IT-Anfragen und Störungen (sekond- und third-level-Support)
- Analyse und Behebung von Hard- und Softwareproblemen
- Betreuung von Arbeitsplätzen (Clients, Drucker, mobile Geräte)
- Benutzer- und Rechteverwaltung (z. B. Active Directory, Microsoft 365)
- Dokumentation von Tickets und Lösungen im Ticketsystem
- Unterstützung bei der Einrichtung neuer Arbeitsplätze
- Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen und externen Dienstleistern
Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Kenntnisse
- Deutsch sowie Englisch fließende Kenntnisse
- Erfahrung im IT-Support / Service Desk
- Kenntnisse in Windows-Umgebungen und Microsoft 365
