[Hiring] Senior Onboarding Specialist @Inspira Financial

Role Description

The Senior Onboarding Specialist - SaaS will play a critical role in supporting Inspira’s partner and employer onboarding processes through its SaaS Operating model. They will manage relationships with Inspira’s Platform Partners / Tenants. This role is dynamic and adaptable, providing exposure to different areas of our business as we grow.

• Support onboarding and welcome calls for clients of host partner/tenants.
• Facilitate bulk HSA and Notional account migrations.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure successful partner implementations.

Qualifications

• 5 years of client service or relationship management experience in a fast-paced environment, including working with institutional advisors or managers.
• Strong relationship and communication skills, applied to both internal and external clients.
• Proven ability to prioritize, multi-task and complete tasks within specified timelines.
• Ability to solve complex issues, both independently and in a collaborative team environment.
• Ability to make timely and accurate decisions.
• Strong follow-through and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word (including mail merge) and Outlook.
• Ability to maintain the highest quality of service and professionalism.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable.
• Deep experience with Consumer Directed Health Benefits and regulations.
• College Degree preferred.

• A naturally curious person who thrives on learning new things.
• Experience or interest in Consumer Driven Healthcare (CDH) or adjacent industries.
• Interest in building and managing long-term client relationships.
• Eagerness to contribute to implementation processes for enterprise partners.
