[Hiring] Senior Customer Service Management @GE Vernova

Role Description

This position covers the full management for execution of Gas Power Services activities related to contractual and transactional projects in Peru. All resources and logistics required to perform services and maintenance activities on customers' site/property contribute to, maintain, repair, and refurbish sold or existing products. This includes:

• All types of maintenance service (preventive and remedial)
• Managing maintenance facilities
• Field services engineering

The role impacts approaches, projects, and programs in the functional area or affected business organization and ways of working. It also impacts the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the team, with significant input into priorities. The role has moderate autonomy, requiring high levels of operational judgment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in customer-facing roles, project management, preferably in services activities
• Strong leadership, financial, and commercial skills
• Experience presenting and managing stakeholder teams
• Demonstrated communication and organizational skills
• Solid experience managing several stakeholders, including third-party service providers and functional roles
• Knowledge of the power generation market
• Extensive experience managing execution of projects/contracts
• Fluent in English and Spanish
