Role Description

The Security Customer Engineer will engage with enterprise customers to provide technical expertise and support. Responsibilities include:

• Face-to-face customer engagement
• Delivering presentations and discussing complimentary products at a solutions level
• Handling customer critical issues and working in difficult situations
• Demonstrating effective balance between business and technical acumen
• Recognizing and adapting to change
• Driving customer transformation with innovative technology

Qualifications

• Experience in the enterprise customer arena
• Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills
• Degree qualification or equivalent experience
• Good understanding of ITIL/Service Management
• Passion for new innovative technology
• Troubleshooting knowledge & skills

Requirements

• Experience on Windows Server 2012R2/2016/2019 and Active Directory
• Experience with operating system Client & Server configuration, hardening, security patch, and update levels
• Experience of operational processes
• Experience with privileged accounts/groups membership and regular account hygiene
• Experience with forest and domain trusts
• Experience with operating system configuration, security patch, and update levels
• Experience with domain and domain controller configuration compared to Microsoft recommended guidance
• Experience with key Active Directory object permission delegation
• Experience on Windows Server 2019 PKI deployment, management, and support
