[Hiring] Seasonal Customer Experience Representative @Jenni Kayne

Role Description

Please note that this is a seasonal position, beginning in October 2026 and expected to continue through early January 2027.

As the Seasonal Jenni Kayne Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities include the following:

• Communicate effectively with customers through Gladly, across all channels (phone, live chat, SMS and email) to determine their needs in accordance with CX policies and procedures.
• Handle all inquiries regarding orders, exchange requests, refunds, gift cards, promotion codes, customer issues, etc. with accuracy.
• Maximize sales by clienteling, assisting customers in styling consultations, and providing empathetic and friendly customer service.
• Encourage customers to sign up for Jenni Kayne Rewards and engage with us on social media platforms.
• Secure company assets through loss prevention in compliance with company policies and guidelines.

Qualifications

• Can-do attitude and commitment to providing excellent customer service.
• Willingness and availability to work during peak business periods – weekends, holidays, etc.
• Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proven record of follow-through.
• Comfortable working in a team-centric, remote environment.

Requirements

• Minimum of two to three (2-3) years of experience in apparel or lifestyle e-commerce.
• Knowledge and experience with POS, CRM and Inventory Management systems, Microsoft Office, Gladly, Shopify, etc.
• Results driven; strategic, conceptual, and innovative thinker.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and exceptional organizational skills, owning calendar and managing deadlines.

Benefits

• The hourly rate of pay for this position is $22.00.
• The hourly rate of pay is determined by experience, education, skills, and location.
