Role Description

We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join our remote team as Scheduling & Support Specialist. In this position, you will help clients keep vacation plans organized by coordinating schedules, researching suitable options, and making sure important details and deadlines are clearly tracked. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping customers, managing multiple priorities, and working with schedules and information. Previous travel-industry experience is not required. Training and continued educational resources are provided.

• Gather information about each client's preferred destinations, travel dates, budget, interests, and specific planning needs.
• Research accommodations, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions, activities, and other vacation-related services through approved resources.
• Coordinate selected arrangements and organize reservation details, confirmations, schedules, and itinerary information.
• Track upcoming deadlines and outstanding items while providing clients with updates, answering routine questions, and assisting with standard changes.
• Review information for accuracy, maintain organized client records, and continue learning about destinations, suppliers, and available services.
