• Coordinate scheduling and reservation requests for clients
• Assist with organizing service details, timelines, and related arrangements
• Maintain accurate client records and scheduling information in internal systems
• Communicate professionally with clients via email, phone, and online platforms
• Review confirmations and service details for accuracy and completeness
• Provide general administrative and customer support
• Follow established processes and workflows
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination and service delivery

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable using online systems and digital tools
