Role Description

This is a part time position. The shift is Monday-Friday 8am-12pm and is fully remote.

The Scheduler coordinates and schedules patient appointments within a healthcare facility. The responsibilities of this position include:

• Answering phones
• Scheduling appointments
• Completing patient registration
• Verifying insurance

The Scheduler collaborates with clinic staff, leadership, and physicians. The Scheduler exemplifies the core values of the health system by providing exceptional customer service to all patients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED

Requirements

• Less than 1 year of experience
• Experience in customer service desired but not required
• 1 year of applicable experience
