Role Description

Do you enjoy giving superior customer service over the phone, as well as working behind the scenes on a computer? Join our central call center team as a medical Scheduler!

• Job Title: Scheduler (Contact Center)
• Location: Remote Opportunities available
• Typical Schedule: Mondays – Fridays, 8:00am – 5:00pm
• Anticipated start date: 09/08/26 or 09/16/26

Qualifications

• Preferred experience in a medical office environment, call center, or graduate of a healthcare training program
• HS Diploma, GED; or 1-3 months related healthcare experience
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Duties include scheduling appointments, insurance verification, and routing calls to the correct personnel
• Comfortable multitasking from multiple electronic clinical programs and websites
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
